Brake problems, and Antilock rear problems....and rear disc prob.

Hello all-

I just put a 9" in the rear. I had anti lock in the rear only. I put
disc on the 9" also. The brakes work, but the petal is real soft.
I tried bleeding the system, this didn't help.

Any ideas?? Do I need a bigger master cylinder for the rear disc now??

Any help, or insight is greatly appreciated!!
