For simple commands, scripts, switches...yes, you can use the command
line interpreter. But that doesn't mean it's the old 16-bit DOS (Disk
Operating System). Heck, UNIX and LINUX use either GUI or Command line.
It's not "DOS" as most people think. (UNIX and LINUX commands used as
an example...software wise, it's not related to Microsoft DOS.)
