I thought there was a joint venture with the third tier manufacture of
DaimlerChrysler - meaning Mitsubishi. It was a mixture of both brands
combining into a small truck market and dropping the Dakota, since the new
pricing of the Ram will provide the void.

Interesting article at www.scatpack.com today. It's from Automotive news
and states that DC's new policy is to not consider building any concept
vehicle that can't sell 100,000 units a year, PVO excepted.

It's the fourth article on today's news, if you're interested. Wonder if
this gives the Dakota a reprieve?
