squeal/screech noise coming from drivetrain?

Hey all,

I have a 95 dak cc and have recently started hearing a
sqealing/screeching sorta noise coming from the drivetrain. I only happens
when the truck is moving. It can be heard (with the windows down) once I
reach about 30 mph and it doesnt seem to change pitch as speed increases,
just gets a little louder. It does not happen when the truck is in park and I
hold the engine at any given RPM so it isnt the motor. It sounds like a
bearing going bad. I just replaced the drivshaft carrier bearing about 4
months ago. The U-joints seem fine (lubed them again just in case). My fear
is that it is coming from the tranny (46RH), I notice some fluid on the tail
end of the tranny. Is there some sort of transmission rear seal or bearing
that may have gone bad? My next attempt will be to put the truck on a lift
and run it in drive to see if I can isolate the source of the noise.
