S&B / K&N alternative, foam...

Is anyone aware of any Pod style filters similar to the S&B/K&N that are
oiled foam, rather than oiled gauze? I'm talking with Uni about some of
their filters, but I'm wondering if there are others I can look into. I'm
not a fan of the oiled guaze approach, but looking for a filter I can use
with an intake tube.
