Has anyone wired up a 2 speed electric fan?

I got an electric fan out of a Viper. Its a two speed fan. I'm trying to
figure out how to wire it up so that slow runs constantly, and high when it
reachs a temp setting.

I have a temp sensor from the perma cool that is already installed, along
with an override switch for constant on at the moment?

The Viper fan has 3 wires. It looks like 1 ground and 2 hots.
