88 Dakota 4x4 Steering knuckle / Hub bearing assembly question

After removing the front axle and dropping the oil pan to replace the
oil pump on my trusty 3.9 liter V6 88 Dodge Dakota 4x4, I've begun
the reassembly process.
The problem being is that I need to vacate my neighbors garage pronto
and need to move the truck without reinstalling the front axle, front
driveshaft and CV joint assemblies. Can I just reinstall the brake
calipers and brake rotors onto the hub and bearing assemblies put the
tires back on and get the truck out of the unpredicable widow ladies
garage there by achieving some sort of peace in my life?
I only need to get the truck into my yard where I can reassemble
everything at a latter time. I live right next door to her. From the
looks of the factory service manual I would conclude its not a
problem, but hey a wise man seeks counsel. What are your thoughts
group?
