I've been trying to follow the thread, but in case I missed it....
Pull out a wiring diagram. If the truck is losing power to the
computer and the fuel injection and ignition
system, you may want to find a common power point to all of these.
My suggestions, as if you haven't already been chasing a ghost-
Check the ASD relay and its connections and supply terminals for
problems, possibly pop a new relay in the
truck. I believe this powers everything. Also, check for any fusible
links that may have scorched but not burned
all the way through. Also, what is the possibility that the ignition
switch may have a problem with a bad wire, etc
that surfaces when you hit a bump, almost like someone reaching over and
shutting the key off? Do you lose dash
lights and accessories etc when you are trying to restart it?
