Must be either a peak reading meter, or is not accurate, many are not, and
definatly not if used on an antenna and not using a dummy load...

 IF you were able to key 20Watts, if would Dive down to maybe 6 or 7 with
modulation, this is with a RMS meter, peak Reading meters are another
story...

No matter though, it is an excelent Radio!
