Oh yeah, Andy, when checking the junction block for fuse #12, I don't know
what yours looks like but my junction box is on the left side of the
instrument panel. That is for a Y2K. Your '99 may be different. #12 is a
15 amp fused labeled INT LTS, for interior lights. Check this first as it's
probably the easiest thing to check.
