I myself am a firm believer in the brake check...do it alot on I 95
north...but it's not the safest thing to do especially with as much traffic
as there is on 95...they slow down for a couple minutes then they get right
back on your tail...in my experience if the brake check pisses them off then
they will slow down with you and just stay put. I had a guy in a black
caprice tail me for a good 20 miles just above Richmond one time, he was
really persistent!...that really irks me...I've been so pissed that I've
thought about getting a concealed weapon permit just in case...you never
know what kind of psycho you'll come across.
But I'm sure you've all experienced the same thing before...
