They also are running much more sophisticated engines and every .001 of
a second counts.
Take out all of your plugs, look at the tips (black, white, burnt,
bubbled, etc.) and go either hotter or colder on the heat range for that
cylinder.
Totally useless for daily street driven vehicles though.
