Don't know where it is on your 99 but on Y2K models it's next to the
outboard side of the glovebox. Check your ground connections first. Those
are in various places under your dash and inside both kick panels.
Remember, as in earlier posts, do the easiest things first. They're usually
cheaper and easier to do.
