My Snug Lid did exactly the same thing to me. I glued part of the weather
stripping back on with clear silicone. When another section fell off, I
glued it back on with a product called Plumbers Goop I picked up at Home
Depot. It's excellent stuff and dries a bit faster than silicone, but both
have held up extremely well.

I have a Snug Lid hard tonneau cover. The underside is carpeted. When I
bought it, the manufacturer glued the rubber weather-stripping (that goes
between the cover and the rails) to the carpeting. Now, after two years, the
weather-stripping has started to come off of the carpeting. What type of
glue should I use to glue it back on?
