Ok,
My little 3.9l dodge dakota is on its 3rd timing chain... this time I was
smart enough to toss a tensioner on it... however now I am getting the same
noise again (which sounds something like diesel clatter), except it seems
to be kinda coming from the right side of my engine (if I was looking at it
from under the hood. I have no idea what this could possibly be. What in
the valve train might make a clatter sorta noise at idle. I for once,
actually have some money for parts... but I dont want to fix what doesnt
need to be fixed.
