Andy,
I use a white Lithium grease in a spray can for door hinges & tailgate.
The one I use is made by "Super Tech" from Wal Mart. It has a solvent in it
that makes it thin when sprayed and then it sets up to a heavy white grease.
Spray Can comes with a tube like WD-40. It's water proof. Works great....
