Vibration in rear gears???

I just changed the rearend oil, to Amsoil Series 2000 75w-90. After I
finished everything, I went to an empty parking lot to do 7-8 figure 8's to
work in the new gear oil. While turing right in the figure 8, nothing
happens. But when I turn left I get a slight vibration, like something is
rubbing???

What the hell could this be??, the job went perfect and now this. The oil is
full right to the filler plug, I'm stomped??
