The 45 RFE has a spin on filter inside of the tranny (under the pan), plus
the conventional filter.
Automatic Transmission Parts,

is a great company and they make both filters for the 4.7.
45RFE
4x4 p/n TX112 filter
4x2 p/n TX111 filter
Spin-on is the same for both p/n TX109
