Hi all, one of the TSB's that Nelson found for me was for a PCM re-flash to
cure spark knock and idle fluctuation (or sagging as they call it).
Has anyone ever had this done to their truck? It may help the F&B TB guys
that have the idle fall and almost stall, then recover. ... the TSB is
18-001-01.
I'm just worried that all they do is retard the base timing a bit (and kill
a bit o' power).
The only time I get spark knock is at WOT at a low RPM.
Any thoughts?
