They may use the same water jacket cover size. Just remove it and look for
the mm markings.

Gentlemen,
Is there any reason I cannot use the thermostat for the 5.2/5.9
in the newer 4.7/3.7? I have heard they are similar. I want to
do this but don't want to screw up anything.
If not, is there a 180 thermostat that will fit a 3.7?
