I don't disagree but to 99% of buyers all they need to hear is "bigger"
and they're ready to buy. Bigger = better, higher HP = better (even if
it comes at the expense of low TQ and at a stupidly high RPM), and so on.
The majority of car sales are not about technicalities but MARKETING and
if you can show better numbers (even if it means massaging true numbers
to get misleading yet still legally valid ones) than the other guy or
impressive buzzwords, that's what hooks Joe Average Buyer.
