Looks like DC might be the first on the bandwagon with a new toy in the '03

Don't know how the rest of you feel about this, but in NY it's an offense to
use a cell phone while driving. 'Course, I still see people yakking away on
the road, & I've yet to hear of ANYONE actually having been pulled over &
cited for this "crime," but sounds like a good idea to me....
