Undo the return line, and direct it to a bucket. Open the reservoir, and
fill it as it empties out. You can either remove the belt, and turn it by
hand, or do it with the engine running (with a helper) and a long funnel,
turning the wheel lock to lock will help flush out the rack. When the
fluid coming out looks clean, stop, reconnect the return line, crank it lock
to lock a few times to get rid of any ingested air, and top it off.
