The cam profile was changed for increasing the torque factor from the low to
mid-range. The true inspiring Hemi 5.7 was rated at 353HP / 353lbs of TQ.

The Cummins 5.9 HO has a rating of 555lbs of TQ at 1400RPM and 305HP.
However, then we have the King of the Trucks with the SRT-10 at 500HP and
515lbs of TQ.

I know the engine in my sons 2000 Vette is a 345hp 350 but can you get it in
a truck with that rating?
