Go back and speek to the service manager,explain the problem,tell him/her
that it wasnt on when you brought it in. tell him/her you expect them to fix
it....if not tell them you will call Chrysler and report the problem...and
they will have fix it anyway...are they 5* or not? if they are they dont
want to loose that....I know, I work at a Chrysler/Jeep dealer in the
service department...
