what?!?!?! that made no sense???? can you rewrite that and explain better
(with correct punctuation)...

according to the dealers, in 99 the early trucks didn't get the clip even
though they need them. if you have one built after April or may they have
them...must be dodge trying to cut costs... ;(

James Elsmore has a 99 318 auto 4x4 dak built almost the identical time and
it doesn't have the clips either...and NO brake work EVER.

anyone with a 99 look at your brakes and tell me what you have on the
outside of the caliper (is there a clip there), please...

      If your looking for the wire clip it shoulndt
have one if your truck is the 99 5spd. and as far as
the little clip goes i lied the little the little anti
rattle finger on the out board pad faces DOWN (my
bad)and the rest of the clip on the out board pad goes
in the holes where the wire clip goes if where an
older 2wd dak. if the dealer is telling you it should
have one thier lying.
