I have one two months ago who tried that. I didn't even bother...waste of
gas.

 Last Saturday it was an over hyped Civic with racing seats. Apparently the
body cladding, oversized rims, and seats didn't help him in the straightaway
or the curves. Though, I slowed down to allow him to catch up then look
over and laugh and took off.
