I recently installed air horns on my father's 2002 Town and Country -

I put in a cutoff switch such that the air horns can be activated and
deactivated (the stock horns still sound no matter what). Anyway,
I didn't want to drill the dash, and *he* sure didn't want me to drill
the dash, so I found a convenient screw/bolt and made a bracket to
attach to it, then drilled the hole in the bracket for the switch.
I just backed out the stock screw, put the bracket in place, and
put the screw back in - completely reverseable and I powdercoated it
black to give it a finished appearance.

Anyway, if you can find a screw or bolt in a convenient location
on the dash, you may be able to do something similar.
