Depending on the tolerance of the engine with seals and bearings that is not
true. Once ran with synthetic you cannot return to dino oil.

The Synthetic oil will not harm the engine in anyway. Yes it is fine to
switch back to regular oil next time. and yes you can go around 6-7,000
miles with the Synthetic oil, but i prefer 5,000 on Synthetic.
