Speedtweaks is in business oh yes... the issue is with Paypal.
Ebay just announced (yesterday I think) that they have purchased Paypal
and will be intergrating it into Ebay a a payment method (ie: checks,
money order etc)
Ebay's Billpoint (or billpay) I dont remember which it is - will be
phased out. I do not know if you can use Paypal for anything non-ebay
anymore.
