Are all of your turn signal bulbs working? It could also just be a
flasher relay.

Just wondering if anybody has had a problem with their turn signals or
"multifunction switch" on a 1998 Kota? Everything else works (high beam
switch
and wipers) but it just makes this nasty buzzing sound when I used the
directional signals. The history on this problem is that over the last
couple
of months the turn signals have been going berserk with super fast
signaling and
occasional buzzing...
Today on the way in to work the would not signal at all and only
"buzzed" when
activated!
