Bob,
While we had some late shipping and a lost order, I believe we made better
than good on any promise made and certainly paid all our bills! I feel that
the situations are very different and do not like to be placed in the same
"lump". Since email is "forever", I thought I'd take small exception to
your comparison. No flame, just for the record.
