anyone know contact for Mark Kuzia?

Hey all,

 I have been trying to get info on an 8 3/4 swap for my gen 2, I need to get
a hold of Mark Kuzia but his link on the DML profiles doesnt work when I use
it. Anyone know how to contact him. I thought he had all the tchnical info
for the swap on his website but I cant find it.
