1st Gear Pop Out

I have a '00 dakota sport with 4.7L with 5 speed manual trans. I have
occasionally found that in 1st gear it pops out of gear. It does it
sporadically. Heard that Dodge issued a advisory bulletin but not a recall.
Went to dealer they knew nothing or what could be or to repair problem. Any
Ideas?
