Free weights are great because you have to use all of those smaller muscles
for stabilization, and building them is important. Also for the best
looking
arms you need to work out your triceps as much as your biceps, many people
just do curls and think it makes them look strong, and it does, but to be
ripped you need to build the other side of the arm as well.
