Under Cab Isolators, Was It Bernd's Truck?

I remember someone replacing their under cab isolators to aid in
lowering their truck a little. I think it was Bernd who did the investigation
and found out the R/T's are lowered a little more this way. Does anyone
remember the instructions? I think you could replace isolator with a
thin piece of rubber or something. I'll keep checking the archives, seems
it was last year.
