Hey. I got a speeding ticket outside Hope in 95. Cop was nice but didn't
seem to understand that being from another province gave me an automatic
exemption from their traffic laws.

I too understand that all I know about brakes comes from what people have
told me and the feedback from the brake pedal without the benefit of hard
data and empirical research. That said, on the Dak the warpage seems to come
and go. There's a stop light near the house that sometimes has me hard on
the brakes due to it's unpredictability. For a while after a hard stop I'll
have 'warped' brakes. But I never do get around to taking it in and the
problem fixes itself.

I'm leaning toward incorporating the articles belief system into my own. I'm
starting a new brake religion with cementite at it's center.
