I agree with the pervious post about checking fuel pressure. Hook up a
pressure gauge and test that. It seems thats the only other thing you
have not confirmed good.

Another possibility is that the injectors are not injecting fuel. I
don't know if you tested that or not - - I havnt been watching theis
entire thread. Its either a clogged fuel filter/dead pump... or
injectors not activating. IF the injectors are not working - thats an
indication the problem could be a faulty engine computer. Check fuel
pressure first - if there is fuel pressure than its the injectors. You
seem to have covered just about everything else ignition related.
