I think you are OK - I just saw a post from you on the dmlofftopic list -
probably took a little longer than usual to get from yahoo to the newsgroup.
(behind the scenes, posting a message to the newsgroup does not actually
post it directly to the newsgroup - it actually creates an e-mail message
which is sent to the list server, which in turn gets sent to the whole
list, at which point it gets converted into a news article and is posted
to the newsgroup) :-) A bit of a roundabout journey but it has worked
so far. :-)
And of course your news reader won't actually pick up the new news
posts until it refreshes its connection with the server, so that may
be why you didn't see it. Its there though, and I suspect it should show
up shortly for you, if it hasn't already.
