I know I'm behind on reading the DML. But one other reason for the Siping is
to allow the tire to dissipate heat. If I missed the comment about the heat
I'm sorry. I had it done to tire I bought for a Buick Park-Ave. Didn't have
the tires long enough to tell, She got totaled 2 years ago next week.
