Please Help: Weird Buzzing Noise

I was out shopping today, and I noticed a very loud buzz comming from the
engine compartment. I stopped to open the hood, and I could not exactly
pinpoint the sound, but it seemed to be by the rear of the engine. However,
on my way home, I went to turn on the heat, and there was virtually no air
comming through the vents.

Any Ideas??
