A big thanks for the heads up on the warbirds sounds site. The sound of the
Bearcat starting (Pratt & Whitney R2800 Double Wasp) is just phenomenal.
If anyone wants to hear a lusciously lopy idle give it a listen. What can I
say I'm just a sucker for those old engines.The DB603 run-up in the
Messerschmitt(sp?) is damned nice too (~2800 cu. in. worth of V-12).
