   Yep, in fact the VIN decoder on the DML home page will do it for you.
If you input your vin, and change a digit, it will tell you the check
digit is wrong, and tell you what the check digit "should" be if all the
others are correct. Change the check digit to that number, and presto -
a new "valid" VIN. ;-)

  For anyone interested in how the check digit is computed, go to
the above link and hit the submit button without entering a VIN.
This will spit out some general VIN info at you, next to the Check
digit, click on the "more info" link for the algorithm.
