Sad but each one had a problem with using seat belts, driving a car on the
shoulder at high-rate of speed, and I am sure that the cars were not setup
properly for any range of speed. I had met other street cars that I decline
seeing the bouncing, young and immature driver, and road safety. It is a
matter of knowing the area, the other driver, the vehicle you drive.
