why did this trained person pull the child out the window , it takes

people to properly secure a probably spine injury victim to a spine
board.
any accident can happen at any speed, even when people aren't speed or
racing.
if the government would provide or allow more race tracks, which could
be
accessed at a cheap price maybe then people would use them. ( eg an old
air
strip near my house, is sitting abandoned, but the city said no way to a
drag strip, to much noise, pollution, insurance problems, and teens up
to no
good)
