That in no way excuses the wreckless behaviour that is street racing. It
doesn't matter that there isn't anywhere to race in a controlled
environment, racing on the street is still illegal and dangerous.

I will say that the mother is obviously retarded for not buckling up the
children. As for the fire fighter, he was 19 years old, obviously fairly
new at this, and stress does funny things to well-trained people - not that
it's an excuse, mind you, merely a possible reason.
