   Yep - comes with the intake bolts, front and rear rubber/steel
gaskets, and the side gaskets.

  BTW, I have seen several references to people using "The Right
Stuff" (a heavy duty gasket maker) instead of the belly pan gasket.
I'm not sure if it has been proven to be better or not, but thought
I would throw that out there in case you wanted to research it. I
seem to recall coming across a "howto" page on the web; a google
search might turn up something.

   Have fun! :-) I've replaced belly pan gaskets twice, and neither
was a lot of fun - that stupid gasket material can really stick
around the bolt holes! The method I used the last time was to get
as much off with gasket remover and a scraper as I could, then I
got impatient and used a wire wheel on it. The wheel worked pretty
good.
