  You might get lucky and save a few bucks. Otherwise, yep sounds
like a trip to the dealer is in order. Here's a place that seems
to have decent prices and a good search system:

   I did a quick search and didn't see the door trim pieces listed,
but you might want to contact them just in case. They sell for 30%
off list which may be cheaper than your local dealer.
