Did some checking in the archives and I found the guy...
Jeff Trithart (homesteadworkshop@shaw.ca) He is in (or is from)
Alberta (Canada)
He calls the project the "Stuffed R/T" (becuase he was driving
behind the guy who wrecked it when it got stuffed into a guardrail)
Also found a post that said he had decided to go with the Viper
engine.
There were several requests for pics, and he said he was going to take
some but I wasn't able to find any.
If you feel like searching the archives for more, the relevant time
frame is Jul-Dec 2001 and Jan-Jun 2002.
One thing I noticed is that Jeff seems to work FAST! I'd be very
surprised if this thing hasn't been driving around for a while, though
I'm not sure why we haven't gotten an update on it recently. Jeff
does not appear to currently be subscribed to the DML, at least
under the above address. It is possible he might be on the newsgroup
version though.
There is a mention of him here: http://members.shaw.ca/cdtog/members.htm,
but the URL listed for him no longer works.
Found a post from him with an address of trithart@wkpowerlink.com (date
unknown) Also found another address of homesteadworkshop@home.com (date
unknown)
