Motor mounts are totally different. When you do the swap on a jeep you have
to cut the existing ones oof and weld the ones for the 4.0 on. Not fun to do
because it can be hard to get it lined up right, at least on the jeep frame.
Not sure about length but if you look under the hood of a Jeep it's not too
long either. BTW, most guys when they do the swap on a Jeep replace the
tranny with the one that comes with the 4.0
